SIC Motorcycle Tours

1. About Us

SIC Motorcycle Tours is a UK-based motorcycle tour operator offering professionally organised motorcycle tours in Europe. All tours are operated in accordance with the Package Travel Regulations 2018.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a completed booking form has been received and the required deposit has been paid. The standard deposit is £500 per rider and is non-refundable.

The balance of the tour price must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the tour start date.

3. Cancellations by the Rider

If you cancel your booking after confirmation, the following charges apply:

  • Deposit: non-refundable

  • Cancellation more than 8 weeks before departure: loss of deposit

  • Cancellation within 8 weeks of departure: 100% of tour price

No refunds will be given for unused services once a tour has commenced.

4. Cancellations by SIC Motorcycle Tours

SIC Motorcycle Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if minimum numbers are not met, or due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued. No further compensation will be payable.

5. Rider Eligibility

All riders must meet the eligibility requirements published on the Rider Eligibility page of this website. SIC Motorcycle Tours reserves the right to refuse participation if a rider does not meet these requirements or is deemed unsuitable for group touring.

6. Insurance

Riders are responsible for arranging their own motorcycle insurance valid for European travel, European breakdown cover, and travel/medical insurance that covers motorcycling activities.

Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.

7. Motorcycles & Riding Standards

Motorcycles must be road-legal, well maintained, and suitable for touring. Riders are expected to comply with all local traffic laws and ride responsibly at all times.

Group riding is non-competitive. Riders are expected to ride within their own ability.

8. Tour Leader Authority

The Tour Leader’s decisions regarding safety, route changes, riding conduct, or continuation of the tour are final and made in the interests of the group as a whole.

9. Liability

Motorcycle touring involves inherent risks. By participating in a tour, riders accept these risks. SIC Motorcycle Tours accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation except where required by law.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
